Pioneers still exist in these parts, forging new paths for generations to follow. Chandler Point Corporation was founded in 1998 by John Puffer and his partner Joe Giglio. John’s legacy of family cottaging stretches back four generations, with the stunning shores of Lake Kashawigamog serving as their family vacation playground.

Chandler Point pioneered shared cottage ownership and has remained the leader in the field ever since. Marcus Beach represents their fourth such initiative, each featuring real cottages built to the highest standards. Since 1998, over 500 families have come to embrace the true spirit of cottage ownership that only Chandler Point delivers.

Once you become a Chandler Point owner, you begin a family cottage tradition of your very own. A tradition of creating memories that will last through the ages.
